Well I have taken the first step towards the 21st century and I am attempting to build a website.
So far it is going ok, but I will be needing lots of help from anyone who has any advice to offer. Firstly when I meet a client face to face or talk over the telephone she can tell me what she wants to or needs to know but on a website I have a captive audience.
So come on what is it you would like to be included in the product information part of the site?

Hmmm,I guess a description of how it's made? Possibly something about birthstones because people often like that... maybe if your an ethical supplier? Something along those lines. Mostly I like to see fab pics and lots of them!!!!
