back to the begining......

For a long time I have been struggling with my brand and brand identity. My products are popular on a local level but I have never had that much success nationally or in an online environment. I have launched my website before but with minimal success so the time has came when I make a clean slate of things.

I need and want feedback for what to stock. We currently make to order over our whole range which makes having a website with products available to buy difficult. We have decided to change this and carry a small range of stock items that could be amended to suit your own bridal colour scheme. The burning question is how many stock items?? 4 tiaras? maybe 6?? any feedback gratefully received.

Our sweet ans simple everyday range will ultimately get a sister site all on its own. This is a very big step for what has proved to be a hugely successful range since its launch only a few months ago.

I am also a huge part of CreationCollaboration. CC was founded by a group of women who are not only friends but also all have one thing in common, we all own and run small businesses. Further details of when the Nujoolz website and Sweet and simple websites are relaunching and launch will follow in the near future but until then please keep checking back for updates on our progress and pictures of our stock pieces as they are created.

since the dawn of time.......

Since the dawn of time there has only been 24 hours in one day... Why oh why do I always have to try and cram as much into those 24 hours as humanly possible?

Yes you have guessed it I have once again over stretched myself and this blog has fallen by the wayside. I promise promise promise it will not happen again.

So what is new in the world of NuJoolz? I hear you say.... Well it is a very exciting time over here. Website is down for it's final rebuild and i'm sure you will agree when it launches it has been worth the wait.

Saturday again....

I have spent all day twisting wire and beads my hands feel like they are about to fall off. I have had a busy few days. Mother in laws birthday next week and she has requested I make something just for her. That is now done. Pictures to follow once I have given her it just in case she is reading this :)

Jeez I have been so busy making Jewellery I have just had no time to update this.

Well the website launched 1st November 2009 is a flurry of special offers and promotions. After only 4 days every stocked Tiara had been purchased. The demand and feedback has been amazing.
Around that time the 'Sweet but Simple' range of every day jewellery also launched. This proved to be very popular over the Christmas party season and Christmas itself.

I am in negotiations with another Bridal Store to have a small concession within their premisis. Tayside Brides futher information will be posted here when I have it.

So there we go busy busy busy Spring/Summer 2010 range will be online shortly.

Don't you just loveit when a plan comes together?

Well it's all systems go over here. Website is on target for 1st November launch. Plans for special offers on the day are almost finalised and I have sourced a new supplier which should hopefully reduce lead times slightly.

My new supplier is a manufacturer of beads as well as a bead wholesaler and I have been inspired by several individual beads so much that I now have a whole range of jewellery for the teenage market in mind. Range name and launch date to be confirmed.

Rest assured Nu Joolz will not be leaving it's root in wedding jewellery and tiaras but will instead be adding more casual ranges to compliment our more formal pieces.

I am feeling so positive and inspired.

Sorry it has been quiet over here for the last 8 weeks or so. I have been working away like the busy little bee I am perfecting our website. I am very pleased to announce that as of 1st November 2009 you will be able to buy pieces by Nujoolz online at www.nujoolz.com.

I am so so excited about the website launch as it is something I have personally been working towards for over 2 years.

Over the coming weeks I will be announcing special offers to coincide with launch day as well as details of what I hope to be the first of many competitions.

a brief synopsis

Well is has been almost two weeks since I updated you all, actually I don't know if there is a 'you all' I could be typing into empty cyberspace but anyway..........

The last two weeks have been manic. We are in full wedding season and I seem to have a deadline every few days, all orders are now out and my next deadline is 18th July 2009 for a Crystal and Pearl Tiara. I will be working on that over the next week or so and pictures will follow.

I have also been playing around with my camera in a effort to improve my pictures. At the moment I am having a reasonable amount of success. Over the next few days I will be adding many many pictures to this blog and to facebook. If you are a facebook user please feel free to add yourself as a fan.

Also within the next few days I will be working more on this blog, changing the layouts etc until it is exactly how I want it to be. Please bare with me during this time, I promise it will be worth it.
